bwin International Ltd., Suite 611, Europort, Gibraltar, (hereinafter referred to as "bwin") offers this multimedia-platform www.bwin-multimedia.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). bwin offers on the Platform a variety of multimedia contents (e.g. text, videos, photos, audio files, downloads etc) (hereinafter referred to as the "Content"). The Platform and its Content is free available to all interested people (hereinafter referred to as the "Users", each of them hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1. By using or visiting the Platform (together with all Content available) the Users accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. bwin reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform at its sole discretion and without informing the Users. All Content scheduled on the Platform is subject to change and bwin may vary, suspend, replace or withdraw the Content at its absolute discretion and without notice to the Users.
3. The Content shown on the Platform can under no circumstances be deemed as a binding offer. The Platform shall only be a non-binding presentation of the available Content.

The Content on the Platform as well as the trademarks and logos contained therein are owned by or licensed to bwin. The Content, in particular the area of downloads, is provided to the Users for their information and personal use only. It is strictly forbidden to use the Content for any other purpose. In particular the Content may not be copied, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes. However, the User is allowed to incorporate the (unchanged) Content in other websites.

1. bwin expressly refuses to assume any liability in case the Platform will be interrupted or will be erroneous or that it will for whatever cause not be available for the Users. bwin further refuses to assume any liability for the quality of the Content offered on the Platform.
2. bwin is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, including but not limited to a loss of profit, data, business or goodwill a User incurs caused by the use of the Platform.

The User hereby expressly agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless bwin and any company within the bwin-Group and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from its use of the Platform or its violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be assigned by bwin to any other company within the bwin-Group, in case the Platform will be operated by this other company.

1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by bwin. It shall be the responsibility of each User to check the Terms and Conditions from time to time. In any case the use of the Platform after a change of the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed as an acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
2. In the event of any of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions being invalid or proving to be invalid, then this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions. In such an event, bwin shall replace the invalid provision by a new valid provision which corresponds as closely as possible to the commercial objective of the invalid provision.
3. bwin hereby expressly states that the service of the Platform is revocable at any times without giving any notice or any reasons for it.
4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria and any disputes will be dealt with the Vienna courts having subject matter.
