Kitzbuehel/Vienna, January 25, 2010 – Bernie Ecclestone won the bwin Charity Poker tournament held in Kitzbuehel on January 23rd. The Formula-1 boss beat prominent players including Bernd Schuster, David Coulthard, Franz Klammer, Marc Girardelli, DJ Ötzi und Marco Buechel. The winning pot of €35,000 was donated to the charitable initiative "Downhillers for Haiti", raised by the downhill racers participating in the Hahnenkamm races.
